Acai berry smoothie pops

Yield: 4 Cups Servings 8
  • 2 Cups a2 Milk™ 3.25% Homogenized Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond butter
  • 1 Cup Fresh blueberries 
  • 1 Cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered 
  • 10 oz. Frozen Acai puree
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender. Pulse to chop, then puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into paper cups and add sticks before freezing for 4 hours or overnight. *
  3. Tear and peel the paper cup away to serve.

*To hold sticks in place for freezing, place washi or masking tape across the tops of the cups and cut a slit in the centre. Push the stick through.
