Cobb salad with homemade chipotle ranch dressing

a2 Milk™ 3.25% partly skimmed milk 

Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp
Dried parsley
½ tsp
Dried dill
¼ tsp
Garlic powder
¼ tsp
Onion powder
¼ tsp
Dried chives
¼ tsp
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups
Rotisserie chicken, diced
4 cups
Mixed greens
2 cups
Romaine lettuce
4 slices
Crispy bacon, coursely chopped
Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 Large
Ripe Avocado, sliced
1/2 cup
Green onion
3 Tbsp.
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  1. Add the dressing ingredients to a blender.
  2. Scraping down the sides, blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Arrange the diced chicken, greens, bacon, eggs and veggies onto dinner plates.
  4. Serve the salads with dressing drizzled over top or on the side.
