½ Cup Ice
6 oz. a2 Milk™ 2% Partly Skimmed Milk
2 tsp. Turbinado sugar, or to taste
2 oz. Hot espresso
Pour the ice into a glass.
Froth the milk with a battery-operated wand and pour it over the ice.
Combine the sugar and the hot espresso. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Pour the espresso mixture over the frothed milk and ice. Stir to incorporate.
