Red grapefruit, peeled and pith removed
2 cups
Frozen pineapple
1/2 cup

Fresh grated ginger
  1. Combine the smoothie ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two chilled glasses and add toppings as desired.
  3. Suggested toppings shredded coconut
