Unsweetened cocoa powder

Finely zested orange peel
4 Shots
Espresso

  1. Divide the chocolate chips, sugar (if using), cocoa powder and fine orange zest into two pre-heated mugs.
  2. Pour two shots of hot espresso over each serving and stir.
  3. Heat the milk to 160 degrees. Foam the milk if desired and pour over the chocolate espresso mixture.
  4. Twist a slice of orange zest over each cup to release the essence and drop on top of the foam for garnish.
