- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp
- Finely zested orange peel
- 4 Shots
- Espresso
- 2 Cups
- a2 Milk™ 2% Partly Skimmed
- Coarsely zested
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Divide the chocolate chips, sugar (if using), cocoa powder and fine orange zest into two pre-heated mugs.
- Pour two shots of hot espresso over each serving and stir.
- Heat the milk to 160 degrees. Foam the milk if desired and pour over the chocolate espresso mixture.
- Twist a slice of orange zest over each cup to release the essence and drop on top of the foam for garnish.
