4 Cups                Water

2 Tbsp.               Loose Assam tea

12                        Whole Green cardamom pods, smashed

2                          Whole Cinnamon sticks, broken

1 tsp.                  Ground Ginger

8                          Whole Cloves, smashed

2 Cups                a2 Milk™ 2% partly skimmed milk

1 Tbsp.               Turbinado Sugar


Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

Using a strainer, add the tea and reduce the heat. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Remove the tea, add spices and steep for another 5 minutes.

Add the milk and return to a low simmer. Remove from the heat and strain into cups.

Sweeten with turbinado sugar as desired.
