Carrot apple smoothie with ginger and turmeric

1/2 Cup

a2 Milk™ 3.25% whole milk

Carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
Apple, coarsely chopped
Navel orange, peeled and sectioned, pith removed
1/2 Cup
Frozen pineapple chunks
¼ tsp.
Ground ginger
½ tsp.
Ground turmeric
A pinch of
Black pepper
1 Tbsp.
Honey (optional)
  1. 1. Pour the milk into a blender and add the prepared carrots, apple, orange and frozen pineapple. Pulse to combine.
  2. 2. Add the spices and honey, if using. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour into two chilled glasses to serve.
