- Navel orange, peeled and sectioned, pith removed

- Frozen pineapple chunks

- 1. Pour the milk into a blender and add the prepared carrots, apple, orange and frozen pineapple. Pulse to combine.
- 2. Add the spices and honey, if using. Blend until smooth.
- 3. Pour into two chilled glasses to serve.
